Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development. Your responsibilities In summary, you'll: Drive superior customer strategy, ensuring exemplary execution across trade negotiations, omni-channel promotions, and sales targets. Lead, mentor, and inspire your team, fostering their professional growth to achieve shared objectives. Forge and sustain pivotal relationships across the customer ecosystem, from buyers to marketing executives. Analyse multiple data streams to inform decision-making and strategise with a clear narrative. Craft and execute an agile sales strategy, manage comprehensive P & L, and champion our distinguished sales culture.
