Deloitte seeks a Business Tax Associate in Manila to assist clients with tax compliance, consultancy, and corporate services in a collaborative and inclusive environment. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist clients in various industries with tax and corporate services including tax return preparation and filing, tax compliance review, consultancy, investigations, transfer pricing, incorporation, dissolution, and tax ruling processes. Utilize appropriate skills and software to prepare tax returns, draft reports, opinions, protests against tax assessments, and other relevant documents. Research and consult with colleagues and superiors on tax and corporate matters. Establish and enhance relationships with client personnel and government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Board of Investments, and Bureau of Customs. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, seniors, managers, and other firm members. Provide effective conflict resolution as needed. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification. No prior work experience required; fresh graduates are welcome. Strong commitment to professional client service excellence. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in teams. Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
