Position Summary & Key Responsibilities

This role involves designing, developing, and testing projects using Microsoft .NET technologies. The developer will work as part of a team.

Essential Duties:
  1. Collaborate with business analysts to determine requirements and develop software solutions that integrate with sophisticated server functionalities.
  2. Utilize agile methodologies to incorporate testing and support QA processes.
  3. Develop user-friendly, intuitive application interfaces for non-technical end-users.
  4. Work effectively with various roles including IT, QA, Product Management, and end-users.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience with .NET development, C#, Vue.js, AngularJS, WCF, MVC, ASP.Net, ADO.Net, WPF, MVVM.
  • Hands-on experience with Vue.js, AngularJS, JavaScript, Web development, Web APIs, and Cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency with SQL Server databases.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and develop algorithmic solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Entity Framework/NHibernate, design patterns, dependency injection, and web applications.
  • Experience handling customer and production issues effectively.
  • Knowledge of BDD, cloud technologies (preferably GCP), microservices, Kubernetes.
  • SQL database expertise.
  • Experience with agile methodologies, automation, and performance tools.
  • Ability to perform code and design reviews, providing technical guidance.
  • Experience with POS and Self-Checkout integrations, especially in retail and food & drug sectors.
  • Knowledge of Japanese language is a plus.
