Required Qualifications:
 Education: Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or related field, or
equivalent practical experience.
 Experience:
o 8+ years of Software Engineering experience.
o 3+ years of experience leading a team or mentoring junior developers.
 Technical Skills:
o Proficiency with any Java or JavaScript-based UI framework.
o Databases: Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.
o Cloud: 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software
in a scaled distributed environment in public cloud.
o Version Control: Proficiency with Git and GitHub.
o DevOps: Experience with Docker and CI/CD tools/services.

 UI Frameworks: Experience with React/React Native (preferred), Angular,

 Backend: Proficiency in GoLang (preferred), Rust, GraphQL, .NET, Java.
 Databases: Experience with Microsoft SQL, DynamoDB (preferred).
 Cloud: Familiarity with AWS (preferred), Azure, GCP.
 Message Queue Systems: Experience with AWS SQS (preferred), RabbitMQ,
Apache Kafka.
 Testing Tools/Services/Frameworks: Playwright, Cucumber, SauceLabs,
Cypress, Appium
 AI Integration: Knowledge and experience in integrating AI technologies into
software engineering processes and products. Ability to leverage AI for improving
development workflows, enhancing product features, and optimizing team
performance.
