They are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, contractor success, and supporting commercial growth. We are looking for a success orientated, hardworking and business-minded Account Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and a high achiever when it comes to accomplishing goals (both independently and as a team member). They will also be excited about the concept of working for a smaller organisation, have an entrepreneurial outlook, and want to be part of its growth. The ideal candidate will possess a skill set that includes the ability to build strong client relationships, be highly responsive, organised, problem solving and a highly organised approach to managing client accounts. This role provides a critical interface between our customers, the offshore team, and our onshore management. You will be the key point of contact for a range of clients, and be expected to build long-term relationships, in which the client views you as their outsourcing business partner. This includes providing proactive advice to ensure their offshore success, as well as identifying areas for future growth and opportunity. You will also work with our internal team to help facilitate any client requirements. Key responsibilities Client management Serve as the single point of contact for all client communications. Build strong, trust-based partnerships by understanding client goals, culture, and expectations. Lead structured client interactions such as weekly, monthly and/or quarterly performance reviews. Managing client’s expectations and requirements, as well as being a trusted adviser Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect Maintaining regular contact with clients, through formal and informal mechanisms Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate client requirements Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes Forecast and track client account metrics Process support Where required, support clients address gaps such as processes & SOPs Work with documentation team to address any client requirements Business development Work with existing clients to identify future opportunities for growth of their offshore team Work with Sales Leads on referrals that come through your client base and / or network Support marketing and sales activities as required Continuous improvement Identify opportunities for improvement, working with team members to drive such improvements Lead specific internal process improvement initiatives Provide support and guidance where necessary, acting as a mentor to team members Requirements Strong understanding of client engagement, including the importance of responsiveness to client issues Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills, both independently and as a wider team Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally Energetic, positive and pragmatic approach to daily activities Willingness to work Australasian hours Willingness to work in or relocate to Angeles City Why Join Us?
