  • Documentation and Reporting: PTs maintain detailed patient records, documenting their progress, treatment sessions, and communication with other healthcare providers. This is essential for continuity of care and for billing purposes.
  • Collaboration: PTs work as part of a healthcare team, collaborating with physicians, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
Skills and Qualifications
