The Brand Manager will assume the role of primary brand custodian, identifying, creating, and implementing the overall brand initiatives. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, roadmap, and marketing plans that align with company goals and market trends. Define and communicate the brand’s positioning, value propositions, and key messages to target audiences. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including ROI, brand equity, and customer feedback, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, using insights to inform brand strategies and decisions. Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty, collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns. Analyze market intelligence data as input for brand plans, identifying and summarizing industry trends and implications for the brand. Analyze products and competitive brands to recommend how to gain a competitive edge and brand differentiation. Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all marketing materials, communications, and touchpoints. Maintain brand consistency and integrity. Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure brand alignment and support business objectives. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of managing successful brand campaigns. Technical Proficiency Familiarity with marketing software, analytics tools, and social media platforms.
