Job description Strategic Planning & Implementation Leads brand building efforts across all categories - smartphones and IOT. Oversees development and implementation of all brand marketing plans hinged on overall brand strategy. Set the marketing vision to achieve short and long-term marketing goals spanning across needs assessment and GTM plans. Build on commercial strategy for championing market penetration and expansion, creating a balance between art and commerce. Championing Brand Generated Content Steer the progression of brand architecture and positioning including global and local messaging to ensure consistent brand communications. Create relevant brand content that echo consumer needs and interests whilst building OPPO as a premium and tech innovative brand. Champion OPPO brand and align the entire business to put across consistent brand image across all channels of communication. Building Team Capability Train, inspire, and manage a high-performing team and develop expected levels of marketing team competency via day to day mentorship and organizing special training workshops. Organize team structure, encompassing brand planning, digital and social media, creative, and CRM, focusing on building people and high potential talent capabilities. Job Requirements At least 3 - 5+ years work experience in Marketing Communications/Brand Management Experience handling consumer electronics/smartphones is a plus Experience in leading cross functional teams Experience in project management Strong analytical and planning skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
