Location: Monee Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines
Position: Treasury Associate - Finance, SeaBank at Monee
Responsibilities- Manage bank-wide liquidity by managing inter-nostro cash movement, investment maturities and corporate funding
- Manage bank’s balance sheet by effectively matching asset exposures to various liability profile and ensuring a prudential risk-reward trade-off in Treasury portfolio and explain drivers across key balance sheet management metrics
- Monitor market/interest rate movements and proposing appropriate investment assets to purchase for yield enhancement
- Expand and manage counterparty relationships to enable broader access to Treasury assets and interbanking credit line
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and risk limits
- Creating and reviewing relevant Treasury policies as needed
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience (Finance or Economics)
- At least 5 years of experience in a related role
- Knowledge of fixed income products
- Proficient with Excel and Google Sheet
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Effective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
