Job Overview We are looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead one of our JINS Philippines retail stores. The ideal candidate does not necessarily need prior experience in the eyewear industry but must have a solid background in retail operations, a love for customer service, and a genuine interest in the retail business. This role is ideal for someone in their late 20s to early 30s who is eager to grow, develop their career, and take on new challenges in a dynamic and expanding international brand. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth and efficient workflows. Lead, motivate, and train store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales goals. Monitor sales performance, inventory, and store profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high visual merchandising standards. Coordinate with the Head Office for store promotions, events, and inventory planning. Handle customer inquiries and feedback in a professional manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 3 years of experience in retail or customer service, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Highly motivated, career-oriented, and hardworking. Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced retail environment.
