As a Web Optimization Specialist with 2X, you will support our clients’ digital performance by executing website optimization activities across CMS platforms, conducting behavioral analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve engagement, performance, and conversions.

  • Assist in executing website optimization activities across CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot CMS) — no coding required, but comfort with platform interfaces and structured publishing processes is essential.
  • Conduct website performance audits and user behavior analysis using tools like GA4, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
  • Support ideation and recommendation of data-driven A/B and multivariate testing strategies to drive site improvements and CRO experimentation.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content strategists, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving user experience and site performance.
  • Monitor and report on site performance, conversion rates, and engagement metrics; flag insights and contribute to reporting and analysis efforts.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that website initiatives align with brand, SEO, and CRO objectives.
  • Partner with relevant leads and team members to support website optimization initiatives and project goals.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have:

  • 2–4 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, website optimization, web analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to meet structured timelines and project deliverables.
  • Foundational knowledge of digital user experience and basic SEO principles.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the areas of website analytics, CRO, and digital optimization.
  • Must be willing to work twice a week in Pasig City in US/Night shift of *pm to 5am - Philippines Standard Time.
