Overview

Pax8 is the leading value-added cloud-based SaaS marketplace. The Content Marketing Specialist at Pax8 plays a vital role in crafting high-quality, engaging content that aligns with our brand and business goals. Reporting to the Manager of Content Marketing, Americas, this role focuses on developing compelling narratives that resonate with our audience. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented writer with a passion for storytelling and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful content. This role is based in Makati City, Manila, and employees are expected to work from the office.

Responsibilities
  • Content creation: Develop and write high-quality content, including campaign assets, one-pagers and guides, ad copy, and other marketing materials.
  • Brand alignment: Ensure all content adheres to Pax8 brand guidelines and strategic objectives, maintaining a consistent tone and voice across all platforms.
  • Collaboration: Work with the Manager of Content Marketing, Americas, and other team members to plan and execute content strategies that support campaign goals.
  • Content optimisation: Analyse content performance metrics and make recommendations to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, audience needs, and competitive landscape to inform content development.
  • Editing and proofreading: Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards.
Qualifications
  • Writing expertise: 4–5 years of experience as a content specialist and/or copywriter in an advertising agency, CPG, or technology company.
  • Creativity: Strong creative problem-solving skills and strategic thinking about content.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Attention to detail: Highly detail-oriented with a keen proofreading eye.
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools; fluency with Microsoft Office Suite.
