Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Social Media Management:
    • Develop and design compelling marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content for digital and print platforms.
    • Create and manage social media content for Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring alignment with Xavier School Nuvali’s brand and mission.
    • Write engaging and SEO-friendly captions, articles, and posts to increase engagement and audience reach.
    • Update the school website with relevant content, including announcements, news, and blog articles.
    • Collaborate with XSN Media Team to capture high-quality visuals for marketing campaigns.
    • Stay updated on social media trends and recommend innovative ways to enhance Xavier School Nuvali’s online presence.
  • School Visits & Outreach:
    • Conduct visits to different schools in Muntinlupa, Laguna, Batangas and Cavite to promote Xavier School Nuvali to prospective students and parents.
    • Organize and participate in educational fairs, open houses, and community events to increase school visibility.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with feeder schools and community partners.
  • Marketing Planning & Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar for social media and marketing campaigns.
    • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including engagement, reach, and conversions.
    • Prepare monthly marketing reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotional activities.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role (experience in the education sector is a plus).
    • Proficiency in the following software and tools:
    • Graphic Design & Video Editing: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.
    • Social Media Management: Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools.
    • Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other data analysis tools.
    • Basic Office Software: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
    • Website Management: Basic knowledge of WordPress.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Willingness to travel frequently to schools in Muntinlupa, Laguna, Batangas and Cavite.
