Job description Position Summary The Ad Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, including setup, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Good understanding of ad operations, especially in performance marketing or affiliate networks. Experience setting up campaigns in tracking platforms and creating tracking links/pixels. Able to troubleshoot tracking and conversion issues across devices and browsers. Clear communicator who can update clients and internal teams on campaign status and issues. Comfortable managing many tasks at once and using tools to stay organized. Experience documenting processes and helping improve workflows. Basic skills in Excel for reporting and analysis, and basic HTML for troubleshooting creatives.
