What You Will Do
  • Execute the end-to-end setup and launch of digital ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including ad copy creation, structured snippets, and sitelinks.
  • Conduct proactive, data-driven optimization of active campaigns, including keyword and negative keyword research, bid recommendations, and budget management to improve ad performance and meet client KPIs.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to provide data-driven insights to clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and provide timely updates while collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues and support sales with campaign proposals and analysis.
  • Ensure all campaigns are implemented with accuracy, meet service level agreements (SLAs), and comply with platform policies.
What You Need
  • Proficiency in Google Ads UI and Editor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Advertising UI and Editor.
  • Experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Asana or similar tracking systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Skills/Expertise
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of ad copy creation best practices.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and internal reporting.
