Overview An experienced finance professional with a good working knowledge of the Core Banking Business and products and a background on financial modeling that can support the business in creating business cases and financial models from scratch . What You Will Be Doing Drive finance business partnering which enhances the understanding of the senior management teams of their key financial performance drivers and business performance issues Support the Business Units (BU) to make timely, strategically aligned, and value-maximizing decisions through multi-dimensional analysis within relevant financial and operational business scenarios Ensure viability of business cases and promotions. Drive ROI culture through robust pre- and post- business case evaluation Perform and provide channel/use case P&L analysis to management and BUs (financial modeling and scenario analysis). Perform growth analysis to support forecast and ongoing business performance - market, pricing, volume and initiatives Drive gross margin enhancement through net revenue management pillars (pricing, active mix, trade spend & business case management) Drive profit through use of financial principles and managing operating expenses with budget owners Work with BU leadership teams in the preparation of plans/budgets/forecasts and ensure alignment with management expectations Track forecast accuracy and build culture of proactivity and continuous improvement Ensure commercial controls are in place for sales-related processes Implement management monitoring and compliance on commercial terms Conduct commercial analysis to pinpoint issues to management team to help drive action plans including business opportunities, risk and mitigation plans Lead financial evaluation of significant business opportunities to provide a long-term perspective of the impact on business profitability Provide business environment/ competitor analysis (at product level) to the BUs and senior management teams. What We Are Looking For Graduate of Business Administration/ Accounting/ Management Accounting/ Economics/ Statistics At least 3 years related work experience in a bank, with a background on Core Banking business / products.
