Responsibilities
  • EXECUTION OF STRATEGIC WORK PLANS to achieve department, business and financial goals
  • CIRCUIT IMPLEMENTATION MANAGEMENT: manage B2B circuit installation including circuit reliability testing and customer application testing required for acceptance
  • ASSESSMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION of complex high-revenue and high-profile customer accounts; coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely delivery
  • ANALYZE work orders, determine technical requirements, and arrange resources in coordination with involved support groups
  • PERFORM audits and acceptance on completed projects by outsourced services following established standards
  • CONDUCT acceptance testing of last mile facilities (e.g., fiber optics, microwave radios) in line with the Circuit Engineering Work Plan
  • IDENTIFY PRIORITIES with stakeholders, raise potential issues at the outset by evaluating complex work orders
  • ENABLE self-learning and skills development to adapt to technology advancements
  • PARTICIPATE in problem resolution to improve internal processes
  • COLLECT and circulate information from meetings and collaborations to align work with priorities and objectives
  • SECURE and maintain company resources; ensure procedures conform to Globe policies, guidelines and standards
  • OPERATE various test equipment and perform diverse application tests
Reporting & Performance
  • PROVIDE individual reports on performance and accomplishments
  • PROVIDE timely updates to internal and external customers as needed
KPIs
  • Percentage MET on installation
  • Serviceability of opportunities
  • Achieve satisfactory NPS rating
Top Deliverables
  • Implementation of installation orders supporting attainment of B2B financial goals
  • Apply project management principles during implementation, monitoring and completion to ensure efficiency
  • Evaluate and decide on difficult scenarios to select appropriate actions
  • Utilize technology fundamentals to guarantee workability and interoperability of circuit per customer requirements
  • Identify areas for improvement based on actual performance and observations from field work
