Duties and Responsibilities:
● Process sales orders and maintain inventory.
● Address complaints and client queries.
● Prepare price lists and marketing materials.
● Monitor deliveries and coordinate with logistics.
● Assist account managers and handle EU calls.
● Process demo units and update inventory.
● Monitor all backlog deliveries
● Manage office supplies and cash requests.
● Provide support to the sales team.
● Prepare daily sales order reports.
Preferred Qualifications
● Preferably graduate of any 4-year course; Graduate of Marketing/Accounting/Business Management courses is an advantage but not required.
● Background in sales is an advantage
● Fresh graduates with relevant undergraduate and internship experiences are welcome to apply.
● Strong administration skills and good communication skills
● Proficiency with MS Office applications
