This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing e-commerce jewellery brand based in the UK. We're looking for an experienced paid ads video editor to work directly in crafting our performance creatives for Meta advertising. REQUIREMENTS (*If you do not have this experience, please don't apply*) Minimum 2 years experience editing performance video ads for an e-commerce brand(s) Minimum 2 years experience with Adobe Premiere Pro / Adobe After Effects / Final Cut Pro SKILLS Able to adapt and apply our brand guidelines to your work Turn marketing goals into bold, engaging, and on‑brand ads that drive conversions Knowledge of platform‑specific creative requirements (Facebook, Instagram) A thorough understanding of Calm Collective's target market A growth mindset - taking pride in your work and always looking to improve Innovative in your approach to design Time management skills (no deadline can be missed) THE JOB You will be delivering new video creative concepts and iterations on a weekly basis to be tested in Meta Ads Manager. Your deliverables will consist of short‑form videos (.mp4).
