Local Number Portability Analyst BCM One – Bacolod, Western Visayas, Philippines. Join our growing global telecommunications team as a Local Number Portability Analyst in the LNP Department. Fresh graduates and entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply. The Local Number Portability (LNP) department manages the day‑to‑day operational components for service delivery, including number porting, acquiring new numbers, CNAM/DL, and number management. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high customer satisfaction. Work Location Hybrid: office in Bacolod City, Philippines 3 days per week and WFH 2 days. Subject to change based on demand. Hours Night Shift – 9 pm to 6 am local time. What You Will Do Adhere to standard due‑date guidelines for each service provider to ensure timely order processing and completion. Participate in meetings, training sessions, and other team‑related activities to continuously improve knowledge and performance. Contribute to the team’s success by accomplishing related tasks and achieving results as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by management, ensuring alignment with company objectives and priorities. Escalate issues requiring action or decision‑making to the Supervisor/Manager in a timely manner to ensure resolution. Initiate and maintain regular communication with resellers and carriers via tickets, emails, and calls to review and verify orders, address potential issues, and coordinate schedules. Coordinate order activities efficiently within internal departments, carriers, and resellers to ensure smooth processes. Handle provisioning tasks, resolve order rejects, and, when necessary, escalate issues to carriers to keep orders within SLA targets. What You Will Need Bachelor’s degree (Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related course). Preferred experience in a customer‑service related position and/or BPO, call‑center environment. Professional‑level English reading, writing, and speaking. Strong teamwork skills. Willingness to work the night shift.
