Application Support Engineer (IT Business Analyst / System Analyst) Tap Growth ai – Muntinlupa City, National Capital Region, Philippines Full‑time position with 3 days onsite and 2 days WFH. Job Summary The Application Support Engineer is responsible for providing both technical and functional support for Calculation Systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability and continuous improvement. The role involves supporting global clients, leading system implementations and collaborating closely with international IT and development teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Systems support, system analysis or business analysis. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English. Ability to work effectively under pressure with attention to detail and a customer‑focused approach. Willingness to participate in on‑call rotations for emergency support. Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of independent learning. Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills. Technical Skills Intermediate knowledge of IIS, XML, and Microsoft SQL Server (queries, T‑SQL stored procedures). Experience with AWS is a strong advantage. Familiarity with network configuration and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and the following tools: Windows Server 2008+ (Virtual Machines) SQL Server 2014+ including SSIS and SSAS MSMQ, IIS 6, FTP, and AWS Console Responsibilities – Technical & Functional Support Provide Level 3 technical and functional support for Calculation Systems software. Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues while identifying opportunities to enhance performance and efficiency. Adhere to ITIL processes for incident, problem and change management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain high system availability and performance. Responsibilities – Implementation & Deployment Perform pre‑production setup, integration testing and non‑regression testing prior to deployment. Support clients during system upgrades, migrations and new implementations. Deploy and configure new customer environments and provide global post‑deployment support. Conduct user training sessions for new services, tools or system updates. Develop automation scripts and tools to optimise daily support operations. Responsibilities – Projects Participate in digital transformation projects and system enhancement initiatives. Evaluate and document system specifications to support software maintenance and scalability. Collaborate with global digital services and development teams to design and deliver innovative IT solutions. Who Should Apply IT Business Analyst background: strong ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, understanding of business constraints and technical implications, knowledge of web and client/server architecture, proficiency in T‑SQL stored procedures and SQL queries, experience using the AWS console. System Analyst background: experience managing and configuring Windows Server 2008+ in virtual environments, proficiency with SQL Server 2014+ DBMS, SSIS, SSAS, knowledge of MSMQ, IIS 6 and FTP protocols, experience with lab machine connections and Amazon cloud environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
