About the Role

As a Support Representative in the Airalo Support department, you will help users with decision-making, purchase, installation, usage, troubleshooting, maintenance, or disposal of products. You will become an Airalo and sister product expert and follow customer service procedures to maintain high satisfaction.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Work with the Director of Support on day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with the international support department to meet customer satisfaction goals
- Follow department procedures, policies, and standards
- Excel in Airalo panels and other support venues
- Respond to support issues via ticketing
- Assist with online reviews of products
- Contribute to customer service analytics and reports
- Attend weekly and monthly meetings
- Take care of your mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health
Must-haves
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in customer service or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and customer service software
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong written and verbal communication, systems thinking, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree
Good to have
- Fluency in other languages
- Prior experience in telecommunications
- Knowledge of eSIM and GSMA technologies
