We are looking for a General Sales Manager to lead our Seat/Skoda dealership in Wigan . Compensation Basic salary of up to £40,000 and £18,000 bonus on top. Role and Responsibilities Promote and nurture a customer care culture, delivering care levels consistent with manufacturer and company expectations. Use monthly management accounts to monitor and control sales profitability and take appropriate actions to maximise opportunities. Develop sales and marketing plans and budgets to achieve financial, marketing and sales benchmarks. Organise, direct and control sales staff activities to work within agreed plans and budgets. Ensure optimum use of all material and resources available. Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve performance, focusing on customer satisfaction, prospecting, follow‑up, sales process, time management and product knowledge. The Ideal Candidate Will Have sales staff management experience in an automotive setting. Have previous experience working in sales for an automotive retailer.
