Overview Join to apply for the Pre-Training & Enrolment Officer role at MicroSourcing . Position: Pre-Training & Enrolment Officer Location: Cyberscape Beta, Ortigas, Pasig Work setup & shift: Day Shift / hybrid Responsibilities As a member of the Student Support Services team, provide the best available support to students and their learning journey, including converting registrations to enrolments and ensuring pre- and post-training support. Provide accurate enrolment advice to prospective students, ensuring eligibility criteria are met. Respond to inbound and outbound phone and web-based enquiries within a reasonable timeframe. Complete Registrations, Pre-Training Reviews, and Enrolments with students via phone; send and retrieve enrolment paperwork and ensure accurate recording in the relevant system. Review enrolment paperwork for completion and compliance; address concerns with the student or escalate as required. Meet and/or exceed daily KPIs/targets; maintain reliability, punctuality, and consistency. Perform all administration duties with diligence and accuracy; assist with continuous improvement plans and internal audits as requested. Collaborate with the wider BAA team to deliver exceptional customer service across the student journey; share information to maximize efficiency. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment aligned with company values. Keep up to date with company policies, practices, and procedures; act in the best interest of the company in line with the Code of Conduct and Group policies. Any other duties as reasonably required. Qualifications Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment; ability to work under pressure and set targets/KPIs. Professional level written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders with patience and tolerance. Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams, as well as autonomously. Minimum intermediate computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other applications (e.g., CRM software).
