HR Partner & Delivery sits at the center of Citi’s HR business solutions. This team focuses on providing guidance and coaching to managers on employee life-cycle processes, solving day-to-day HR needs by leveraging technology to provide simple and effective employee-focused processes.

We’re currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join our team as Core HR Delivery Analyst Lead, Vice President - Hybrid, based in Manila, Philippines. We’ll provide resources to support your needs and help you manage your financial well-being and plan for your future.

This role will support the HRP&D team to deliver process design and re-engineering solutions, ensuring the employee and manager experience is foremost in the design thinking. It is an individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Process Design and Re-engineering, working in an agile environment, partnering with project managers and specialists supporting process change.

• Serve as technical authority for an area within the business, providing advice related to technology or operations and operational assistance.
• Perform analyses to define problems, develop innovative solutions, streamline operational processes, and expand operations capabilities for new products and services.
• Communicate regularly with all Operations teams and departments.
• Maintain knowledge of Citi’s operational procedures and best practices to provide customized business solution recommendations to internal clients.
• Analyze existing operational processes and apply creativity to complex situations, as needed.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing and platform rollouts.
• Lead projects across multiple Operations areas, serving as an analytical/procedural expert and coaching junior team members on operational processes.
• Operate with a limited level of direct supervision and exercise independence of judgment and autonomy.
• Act as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members.
• Assess risk in business decisions, drive compliance with laws and regulations, adhere to policy, apply ethical judgment, and escalate/manage/report control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• 8-10 years of experience.
• Experience in similar roles and in designing, implementing improvement initiatives and supporting global services.
• Fluent English.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree / University degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
