Design and oversee the company’s policy and position on legal matters. Qualifications Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law from an accredited institution. Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in corporate law or related fields. Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, negotiation abilities, and proficiency in legal research. Responsibilities and Duties: Draft and review contracts, provide legal advice, and ensure compliance with regulations. Working Conditions: Office environment with potential for client meetings and court appearances. Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, ethical, and excellent communication skills.
