Job Description Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns for both exempt and for-profit entities. Manage monthly sales and use tax filings and other indirect tax compliance requirements. Coordinate property and business license tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. Support real estate tax processes, including exemption applications and payment optimization. Analyze community benefit reports and assist with compliance reporting. Collaborate with internal teams to gather data for tax and financial reporting. Provide backup support within the tax department to maintain operational continuity. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in tax compliance or consulting. Familiarity with financial reporting and general ledger processes. Understanding of tax regulations and compliance procedures.
