Job DescriptionQualifications for a Telco Account Manager include a Bachelor's degree in any field, minimum 2 years of experience in the Telco Industry, excellent sales negotiation skills, and knowledge of ICT products.
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent practical sales experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Telco Industry for sales and strategic account management.
- Excellent in sales negotiation with customer.
- With knowledge in ICT products.
- Able to work with sales engineers and customer's technical leads to plan existing equipment inventory, define sales plans, and build business cases for each sales.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Build and deepen executive relationships with customers.
- Understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, business drivers, and technology strategy.
- Negotiate and manage end-to-end sales cycles, including presenting to executives of corporate customers.
- Open up new opportunities with large enterprise and telecom customers.
A Client Management Officer acts as the key link between the company and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, customer satisfaction, and long-term relationship building.
- Conducts Counseling for newly reserved VIP clients if required.
- Handle clients day to day queries, including out of hours when necessary, to provide the best possible service.
- Maintain regular contact with clients through a variety of channels (phone, email, messengers).
- Assertively seeks and makes follow-ups to inter-department for any pending action items that hold the resolution of the client's concern.
- Receive and handle client inquiries, complaints, and special requests via phone call, email, and walk-in.
