Job Highlights Monthly Rate : Approximately PHP 100,000 Schedule : Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., 1‑hour UNPAID break | Ontario, CA, Eastern Time Work Arrangement : Work from home Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. Professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process. Responsibilities Prepare financial statements and reports, and ensure accuracy by examining and analyzing accounting records such as journal entries and bank statements. Conduct field and internal audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Analyze financial operations, develop forecasts, and provide strategic advice on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profitability to clients or management. Tax services Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals and businesses, and advise on tax planning to minimize obligations while working with our Canadian external accountant. Internal controls Develop and maintain cost‑finding, reporting, and internal control procedures within an organization. Consulting Advise businesses on financial risks and management practices. Specialized services Perform other duties depending on the specialization, such as forensic accounting, business valuation, or managing a team of accountants. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills. Project management and leadership skills. Proficiency with accounting software and technology, including AI and robotics process automation for efficiency. A professional certification, such as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation. Experience: 5+ years. HMO Coverage for eligible locations.
