Greenpoint is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Analyst to join our growing financial team. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our outsourced client work. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in various aspects of accounting. About the Job Job Type: Full-time. Setup: Hybrid. Responsibilities Recording receipts, payments, and receivables, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Prepare financial reports and statements, ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Enter financial transactions into the accounting system, maintaining accurate records. Preparation and recording of payroll. Participate in the month-end and year-end closing processes. Review of account reconciliations including research and analysis on reconciling items. Data investigation, reporting, and analysis as needed including recommendations for process improvement Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare and file the client’s monthly tax returns for the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR). Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines. Participate in company-provided training modules designed to enhance accounting and finance skills. Maintain a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, or a related field (preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity in Accounting software (Xero) is a plus but not preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and grow in the accounting field.
