Retail Area Supervisor – Women’s Fashion

We are looking for a dynamic and experiencedRetail Area Supervisorto oversee multiple store operations within theManila area, with the potential to berelocated or permanently assigned to Northern Luzon. This is an excellentdevelopmental opportunityfor someone with a strong fashion retail background who is ready to take the next step toward becoming anAssistant Manager or Manager.
- Supervise daily operations across assigned retail stores to ensure sales targets and customer service standards are met.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor Store Supervisors and front-line staff to achieve store KPIs.
- Ensure effective execution of marketing campaigns, visual merchandising standards, and in-store promotions.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate replenishments, and reduce shrinkage or losses.
- Analyze store performance data and recommend strategic improvements.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance evaluations.
- Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ensure compliance with retail operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with HR on staffing needs, performance management, and training initiatives.
- Serve as the point person for escalations and inter-department coordination.
- Graduate of any Business-related course or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory rolewithin thefashion or clothing retail industry.
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, inventory management, and retail operations.
