Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Commercial Spares Administration Order Management function
  • Empower a multi-shift team to deliver a first-class customer experience
  • Motivate & coach a team of three supervisors & their teams to enhance technical skills and increase overall business acumen
  • Handle difficult conversations and leverage performance management skills for both high and low performers
  • Develop process-oriented solutions to ensure appropriate & equitable workload distribution among a team with various job scopes
  • Monitor organizational success & maturity through KPIs aligned with overall business strategy
  • Propose & operationalize multiple CORE projects with minimal supervision
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues
  • Act as the Power & Controls focal for the Philippines site, partnering with the broader site to develop talent pipeline opportunities
  • Display reliability, accountability, and situational leadership
  • Be a data-driven decision maker, creative problem solver, and vocal advocate for the team
  • Work onsite 4 days/week with various shifts to ensure leadership accessibility across the Philippines
  • Participate in all EHS practices and standards, proactively reporting hazards to ensure safety

What You Will Do:

  • Set objectives and guide others on achieving operational results
  • Collaborate with internal functional teams such as Operation & Strategy, Customer Response Center, Customer Business Directors, Airline Support Managers, and Aftermarket Program Managers
  • Support and prepare presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders on business initiatives and operations
  • Manage and adhere to key Customer Spares Administration business processes

  • Technical aptitude to understand and leverage technical concepts
  • Collaboration and influence skills to lead without direct physical presence
