Head of Information Security and Compliance ACMobility Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines We’re looking for a Head of Information Security and Compliance – a strategic leader who will shape and drive our cybersecurity and data protection agenda across the enterprise. Reporting directly to the CIO , you’ll lead efforts to secure our digital ecosystem, ensure compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173) , and strengthen the company’s overall security posture. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both strategy and execution – combining deep technical know-how with strong leadership and risk management instincts. What You’ll Do Design and implement enterprise-wide security frameworks, policies, and secure-by-design models aligned with business goals. Lead compliance with RA 10173 , overseeing audits, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), and regulatory submissions. Maintain the security risk register , conduct BIAs, and proactively mitigate cyber risks across systems, vendors, and users. Oversee threat detection, monitoring, and incident response , ensuring defined SLAs for MTTD and MTTR are met. Champion cyber awareness – drive employee training, phishing simulations, and culture-building activities. Manage vendor due diligence and ensure contractual compliance with security and privacy standards. Serve as the main point of contact for auditors, regulators, and senior leadership on cybersecurity posture and compliance matters. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems , or a related field. 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or data privacy – including 5+ years in a leadership role . Strong grasp of security frameworks, incident response, risk management, and regulatory compliance. Proven ability to lead teams through high-stakes situations with integrity, calm, and clarity . Strong stakeholder management and influence skills. Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA , or equivalent.
