Responsibilities
  • An experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Functional Consultant to join NRI’s Oracle practice, delivering advisory services on EPM Cloud roadmaps and leading EPM business transformation projects to design, build, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers to enable business value realisation and work with project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Develop skills through Oracle Learning & Development (L&D) programs and pursue Oracle certifications; contribute to building NRI’s Oracle capability.
Qualifications
  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects across modules, with proven expertise in solution design, configuration, and deployment.
  • Experience in design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions based on defined business process requirements, collaborating with functional leads and project teams.
  • One or more Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, including Oracle EPM certification.
  • Strong background in analyzing and designing business processes and services across diverse industries, focusing on performance improvement through effective system solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver practical and innovative Oracle EPM solutions that meet complex business requirements.
  • Collaborative team player with experience working in agile environments and distributed delivery models, including onshore and offshore teams.
