About the role Robinsons Handyman Inc' is seeking a skilled Selling Supervisor-Offline to join our team in Robinsons Place Dasmarinas City Cavite. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in managing and overseeing the in-store sales operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth. What you'll be doing Supervising and coordinating a team of sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences Monitoring and analysing sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing effective strategies Providing ongoing coaching, training and development to the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge Ensuring efficient stock management and merchandising to meet customer demand Addressing customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives Reporting on key performance metrics and contributing to the decision-making process What we're looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the retail industry Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels Thorough understanding of retail operations, merchandising, and inventory management What we offer At Robinsons Handyman Inc', we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
