This role oversees civil infrastructure projects, ensuring they are planned and executed efficiently, and delivers technical guidance to stakeholders. Responsibilities Plan and schedule maintenance activities for civil infrastructure including buildings, foundations, weirs, washers, tunnels, penstocks, roads, and drainage systems. Collaborate with OMD to implement preventive maintenance programs that ensure reliable operation of plant civil infrastructure. Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. Manage contractor performance and provide technical guidance to meet quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance and repair activities and communicate to stakeholders. Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery and material procurement. Provide technical expertise to support teams (ER Team & OSH Team). Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed within budget and on schedule. Conduct hazard identification and risk assessment and prepare ORMP, PRMP, and TRA. Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives. Conduct quality assurance and quality control of projects. Prepare documentation (PRMP, TRA, PTW, ORMP) prior to project execution. Minimum Qualifications Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field. Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent. Experience in civil engineering for renewable energy projects is a plus. Familiarity with AutoCAD, STAAD, and 3D design. Experience with Geo5, ArcGIS, and other design software. Knowledgeable in site selection, foundation design, slope stabilization, access road design, and drainage design. Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. One (1) vacant position available in Beckel, La Trinidad, Benguet.
