This role involves assisting members, hospitals, and providers with inquiries, policy updates, and claims guidance. It’s a great fit for those who want real-world experience in the medical or healthcare support field — and an excellent stepping stone toward higher-paying BPO opportunities in the future. What You’ll Do Handle member and provider inquiries through calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. Validate policies and provide network information. Assist medical providers with manual approvals and pre-authorization requests. Forward policy amendments, renewal inquiries, and hospital reports. Offer guidance on claims processes and pre-approval requirements. Coordinate with internal teams for updates and follow-through. Document all transactions and track follow-ups for continuous improvement. Send Debit Notes for Excess of Benefits charges and forward qualified sales leads. What We’re Looking For At least 6 months of call center experience (voice or non-voice). Good communication skills in English. Detail-oriented and comfortable handling medical-related information. Willing to work night shifts and onsite . Organized, dependable, and customer-focused. Why You’ll Like Working Here Less toxic environment — smaller volume, more meaningful calls.
