Overview

We are looking for a motivated, quick learner with a strong knowledge base to join the NetSuite SuiteSuccess Team. This Solution Development professional will use their NetSuite configuration experience and industry domain expertise to develop and configure new SuiteSuccess solutions and integrate new features into our customized offerings. They should have a prior understanding of core NetSuite processes and functional implementation capabilities using the full range of NetSuite’s native configuration tools, to include but not limited to - Dashboard Configuration, Saved Search and Report customization, SuiteFlow configurations, SDF and SuiteBundler with SuiteScript.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the creation of domestically competitive products per market per vertical both at launch and on an ongoing basis.
  • Create configuration files using IDE and maintain in source control for SuiteSuccess Solutions.
  • Produce and update solution documentation on a periodic basis.
  • Assist in presenting SuiteSuccess solutions to vertical/regional go-to-market teams to ensure product readiness per market.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance in line with SuiteSuccess standards defined by Product Development standard operating procedures.
  • Participate in business planning activities and ongoing progress reporting with senior leadership.
  • Track and respond to SuiteSuccess support tickets to ensure proper installation of our SuiteSuccess solutions in customer accounts.
  • Collaborate with NetSuite Support and SuiteSuccess technical teams to troubleshoot and develop internal and external tools.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors’ degree preferably in Computer Science, Software Development, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in business intelligence, data visualization, data science, or financial planning and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely to leadership, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional configurations on the NetSuite platform.
  • High level of comfort with ambiguity; ability to structure unstructured problems and resolve quickly.
  • Working knowledge of XML, Software Development Life Cycle, Source Control, JIRA/Confluence and MS Office.
  • Strong written skills and attention to detail; responsible for creating and maintaining solution documentation used by NetSuite Sales, Professional Services and our NetSuite Partner community.
  • Solution Analysts will work with the SuiteSuccess Solution Management team to identify core requirements for new solution construction or updates.
  • Demonstrated ability to showcase solutions to industry influence teams to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
  • AI functional knowledge, prompt engineering or similar is a plus.
  • QA Automation prior experience is a plus.
