DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- You are responsible in providing nursing care
- You will perform health assessments within the scope of the nursing profession
- You will guide the employees to the accredited physician if the condition requires medical evaluation
- You will arrange health examination of employees to determine their physical fitness to work
- You shall assist in maintaining employee health records and submits reports as required by local governing agencies
- Must passed the Nurse Licensure Examination with updated license
- Has at least 3-5 years or relevant experience in clinical or Occupational Health Nursing
- Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing
- Completed a Postgraduate Course for Basic Occupational Health & Safety for Nurses under OHNAP
- Basic First Aid Training and Basic Life Support Training
- Mid-Senior level
