About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Company Nurse to join our team. As the Company Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive healthcare services to our employees, ensuring their well-being and productivity. This is a full-time position based in Kalawaan Pasig City Metro Manila.
What you'll be doing
- Providing first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed
- Assessing and monitoring the health of employees, and recommending appropriate treatment or referrals
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Coordinating with healthcare providers and insurance companies on behalf of employees
- Promoting health and wellness initiatives within the company
- Ensuring the company's compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with the HR team to address any health-related concerns or issues
