Operations Head will manage daily operational activities to support the brand’s retail and office operations. The role requires excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of retail operations and management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to balance both store needs and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities- Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
- Supervise staff performance, including scheduling, training, and providing guidance.
- Monitor inventory management, stock replenishment, and warehouse coordination.
- Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle store reporting, including sales performance, customer feedback, and operational KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service delivery and address escalated concerns.
- Implement operational process improvements to increase efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional working environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail operations or supervisory roles (fashion retail experience is preferred).
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory systems, POS, and retail processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
