Cost Engineer

Responsibilities
- Makes Bill of Quotation
- Recommend and direct changes in operating procedures to improve efficiencies in payment and procurement processes.
- When necessary, offer analytical support for departmental projects.
- Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
- Monitor and document actual and estimate reports.
- Stay up-to-date on project budgets and project spending.
- Examine data to help with reducing costs in all operations.
- Analyze the market and identify opportunities for growth and potential risks.
- Contribute to developing yearly operation plans, budgets, and estimating new product costs, including economic analysis.
- Give suggestions for money-saving strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineer, Civil Engineer or related field of study.
- Accepts Fresh Graduates
- With advanced working knowledge in MS Excel for data and number crunching;
- Demonstrates excellent analytical skills, an eye for detail and good presentation skills;
- A team player - highly collaborative, accountable, open-minded who likes to work in a rapid and agile way.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Must be efficient, well-organized and can work under pressure
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a multi-tasking environment
- Willing to work in the warehouse office from Monday to Friday
