Work you’ll do Assist clients in various industries in the conduct of various tax and corporate services (e.g., prepare and file tax returns, tax compliance review, tax consultancy, assist during investigations, transfer pricing, incorporation, dissolution, tax ruling process, etc.). Utilize appropriate skills and software to prepare tax returns, draft reports, opinions, protest against tax assessments, and other relevant forms, documents and papers. Research and consult with colleagues and/or superiors on various tax and corporate matters. Establish and enhance relationships with appropriate client personnel and officers of various government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, Board of Investments, Bureau of Customs, etc. Build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, seniors, managers, and other members of the firm. Provide effective conflict resolution, as needed. Handle various administrative tasks relating to the management of client programs, including updating the global tracker and drafting bills. Your role as a leader Actively seek out developmental opportunities for growth, act as strong brand ambassadors for the firm and share knowledge and experience with others. Understand the goals of internal and external stakeholders to set personal priorities and align team work to achieve objectives. Constantly challenge yourself, collaborate with others to deliver tasks and take accountability for the results. Build productive relationships and communicate effectively to positively influence teams and stakeholders. Offer insights based on a solid understanding of what makes Deloitte successful. Project integrity and confidence while motivating others through team collaboration and recognizing individual strengths, differences, and contributions. Understand disruptive trends and promote potential opportunities for improvement. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business or Finance. Work Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience. Certifications: Certified Public Accountant and/or other related certifications.
