What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain test programs, fixtures, and equipment for ATE and ICT systems.
  • Support Test Engineers in resolving manufacturing and testing issues.
  • Define PCBA manufacturing processes and test strategies, including DFT analysis.
  • Collaborate with R&D on test specifications and validate test setups for production.
  • Conduct process capability analysis and support new product testing through early production runs.
  • Evaluate new technologies and coordinate updates for test tools and software.
  • Prepare industrialization documentation and participate in pilot builds.
  • Ensure test equipment safety, functionality, and compliance with standards.
  • Plan and procure test equipment as needed.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Strong knowledge of electronic components, PCBA schematics, and safety standards
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Familiarity with LabVIEW, C, and C++ (preferred)
  • Experience with JTAG and standard communication protocols (preferred)
  • Skilled in task and project management to meet deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with experience in cross-functional and international teams
Who will you report to?
  • PH Industrialization Test Manager
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in PCBA and product testing, including ICT (In-Circuit Test) and/or FCT (Functional Circuit Test)
