Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for product applications in the field.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Work closely with sales and engineering teams to drive product adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in field applications engineering.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Manual Testing, System Design, Control Systems, Automation, and Troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Hardware Engineering and Electronic Semiconductor functions.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily in a lab or field environment, occasionally requiring travel to client sites.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, effective communication skills, and a proactive problem-solver.
