Job summary

To assist Head of Global Markets Division (LGMD, Silvia KIM) and Seoul GMD team in all administrative, reporting and communication matters.

Responsibilities
  1. To perform administrative tasks for the Head of Global Markets Division and Seoul GMD staff that include:
  2. Oversee and regulate all administrative procedures for Seoul GMD team (staff leave calendar, mail log, vehicle log, stationery orders, office inventory control, etc.)
  3. Arrange domestic / abroad business trip itinerary (booking air tickets, hotel, etc.)
  4. Schedule meetings, arrange conference / video calls, and receive visitors
  5. Manage and control approval requests and expenses via CONCUR system
  6. Prepare daily / weekly / monthly revenue reports (OMEGA, PnL, Weekly Reports, etc.)
  7. Support KTB onboarding process as a member of the “KTB Onboarding Committee” in coordinating with FIG, CMBO, Trading and Sales teams
  8. Monitor and track the status of newly onboarding clients and the revenues of onboarded clients
  9. Communicate with related Sales and the Credit Business Lines to promote KTB throughout the network and contribute to profits
  10. Enhance internal communications supporting HR, GMD Hong Kong Communications team, etc.
  11. Provide support in publishing a newsletter (Asia Target) for CACIB APAC, supporting diversity networks for CACIB Seoul, and preparing GMD seminars (GMD APAC Offsite meeting, Economic Seminar, etc.) for CACIB GMD
