The Role: As a Hiring Coordinator, you will connect skilled healthcare professionals with patients and families, screen candidates, move fast when needs arise, and ensure each placement is ready to hit the ground running. Responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates, conducting phone screens, managing interviews, collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate records, and supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks. Requirements: 1+ years of recruitment experience, experience recruiting for skilled and unskilled healthcare roles, confidence on the phone, and the ability to source creatively using social media, job boards, and AI tools.
