Responsibilities Encoding of Fuel Withdrawal Slip of Malabon, Teresa, and Cebu site Check receipts and GS from other gas stations Encode receipts in Google Sheet Create and arrange hauler billing Submit diesel usage summary per truck to the corresponding coordinator in D&H for payroll Monitor, track, and control daily fuel usage and consumption Maintain accurate records of fuel issuance, receipts, and stock levels Ensure proper storage, handling, and dispensing of fuel to comply with safety and environmental standards Conduct regular inspections of fuel tanks, pumps, and related equipment to ensure functionality and safety Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly fuel inventory and consumption reports Verify and reconcile fuel deliveries against purchase orders and invoices Implement fuel conservation and cost-control measures to minimize wastage Coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and operations team to ensure timely fuel replenishment Monitor fleet fuel efficiency and detect irregularities or potential fuel pilferage Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and safety protocols in fuel handling and management Assist in budgeting and forecasting of fuel requirements Investigate and report discrepancies in fuel usage or losses #J-18808-Ljbffr
