About the role We are seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team at LUMER UNIVERSAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service and support. This is a full-time role based in Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. What you'll be doing Respond to inbound customer calls and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer needs. Document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding items. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to process improvements. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different customer needs. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to efficiently handle customer inquiries. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred, but not essential.
