Job Summary
As an Inbound Sales Support Associate, you will be assisting in handling and booking sales leads, confirming appointments, and coordinating with our sales team. This includes handling and monitoring inbound calls, lead qualifying, data entry, and providing back-end support for the sales team in the US to increase efficiency and productivity.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound sales leads
- Book and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads via email and/or phone
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats to assist potential clients
- Organize and track lead flow to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Update Salesforce (CRM) to maintain data integrity
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales representatives and sales leads

- Follow daily tasks, manage emails, calls, and timelines
- Qualify and/or book sales leads promptly
- Follow processes with tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Slack, DocuSign, and Salesforce

- Notify team leader of time-off requests or emergencies promptly
- Practice critical thinking and problem-solving
- Proactively suggest new processes to increase productivity

Requirements
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with inbound/outbound calls
- Proactive, accountable, organized, and a self-starter
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Willing to work graveyard shift, shifting schedules, and weekends
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience
- Willing to work graveyard shift and weekends
